Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns:

We believe that you would never want to return any of our products. However, in case you receive damaged products in unprecedented situations, you can return the product to Bela Casa.

  • A return request can only be filed after 24 hours of delivering the product. No return requests after 1 week of delivery will be accepted.

  • The product being returned should be in its original packaging with the price tag, barcode, labels, usual manual, warranty card, etc intact.

  • Place a return request via email to customercare@belacasalighting.com or call on our toll-free numbers. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your request.

  • We do not pick up products to be returned, you may arrange a courier on your own.

  • The product needs to be packed in strong packaging to ensure that it reaches us without any damage.

  • The returned products will be verified by the Bela Casa team to determine the legitimacy of the return request. Refunds will not be initiated for products that reach us in damaged condition.

  • We shall charge 15% of the cost as a restocking fee on the return of a product.

  • Refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days of receiving the product and completion of verification.

     

    Exchange:

    We, at Bela Casa, put our heart and soul into each delivery thereby ensuring that our products reach you intact. However, in case, you receive defective or damaged products by any chance, you may file an exchange request via email to customercare@belacasalighting.com or by calling our toll-free numbers.

    •  Exchange requests can be made after 24 hours upon delivery up to one week. Bela Casa will not accept any requests made after this period

    • If Bela Casa is convinced about your reasons for exchanging, its logistics team will pick up the product from your location. In rare cases, you may have to arrange a courier service by your own, whose charges will be reimbursed to you upon us receiving the product.

    • The product should be in unused form.

    • The product being exchanged should be in its original packaging with the price tag, barcode, labels, usual manual, warranty card, etc intact.

    • The product needs to be packed in strong packaging to ensure that it reaches us without any damage.

    • Once the product reaches us, your complaint will be verified by our team. Upon verification, the exchange will be initiated within 24 hours.

     

    Cancelling an order

    • Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to change the order by replacing it with products of equal or higher cost.

    • Changing the order, as above mentioned, needs to be done within 24 hours of placing the order before it has been shipped.

    * Once Cancelled or Order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
